Brass,which contains elements such as lead, tin or manganese, has good plasticity in the hot state; so hot forging is generally used to make parts with complex shapes. Brass has strong wear resistance, that’s why brass is often used to manufacture valves, water pipes, connecting pipes for internal and external air conditioners, and radiators.
